What is My MS Walk?

My MS Walk is a walking fundraising challenge.

Set your date, set your distance and make it your own challenge.

Examples of what you can do:

  • laps of your local park
  • 1 - 100km – or set your own distance goal!
  • 5km a day for a month
  • a hike with friends

Go solo or get friends, family, or work colleagues involved in your challenge. Log your progress on a fitness tracker and see how far you can go.

Once you have signed up, we’ll automatically create a JustGiving page for you and send you one of our branded t-shirts.

£250

is enough to run an MRI scanner for an hour and provide the detailed images of the brain crucial for understanding MS progression. We are currently funding projects that use MRI scanners to carry out trials and understand MS in more detail.
